Teams Together

Teams Together is the workplace division of Healing Together. 

We hope to integrate concept of wellness into the workplace by developing bespoke offerings inspired by our immersive retreats in the UK and abroad, retreat days and workshops, using practices such as individual/group counselling and yoga, all designed to help individuals achieve a balanced and fulfilling life, personally and professionally. 

 Employers will enjoy the benefits of a calm, creative and collaborative workforce, with reduced sickness and performance management.

WHY DO YOU NEED IT? 

Wearing exhaustion as a badge of honour seems to be an everyday occurrence in the workplace, from the frontline to senior management - nothing is ever enough.

Workplace stress is negatively impacting companies and their employees. Burnout, sickness, disconnected and ineffective teams and an inordinate amount of hours (and therefore money) spent on performance management are some of the consequences of work-related stress. 

Recent findings from the CIPD Health and Wellbeing at Work Report 2022 indicate that stress is still one of the critical factors in employee absences. Up to 38% of companies cited stress as their top three reasons for workplace absences. Furthermore, there is a broader impact on those still in work, both for employees and the company performance. 
With current figures like these, how can employers help employees balance work and rest to support the company's success? 

At Teams Together we will work with you to understand the impact stress and disconnection is having on your company and your employees. We will explore your needs and offer bespoke solutions that are accessible and sustainable. We want to become as central to your business as other essential investments such as HR support and banking.

- wellbeing (mental and physical health) workshops to be incorporated into team meetings

- counselling to help individuals/teams throughout the business to work through barriers to their goals, relationship difficulties impeding performance and any other people issues
